What is the protocol for rain?We make park trips rain or shine! If you wish to keep your dog home during the rain- Just let us know the night before or morning of before pickup time!

What if something comes up and I need to extend my dogs outing?After-hours rate is $5 per hour at a daily maximum of $60.00!

What if I need to cancel an outing?You have until 9am the day of to request a cancellation!

What if I forget to request a cancellation and I am not home during pick-up?A $35.00 fee will be charged.

What if it is a holiday?Park outings will continue through holidays!

What time does my dog need to be picked up by the last day of boarding?You have until noon the day of pick-up! After-hours rate of $5.00 per hour will be charged after noon.
